The Quality Assurance Commission (CGQ) for each master's and PhD programme is responsible for preparing an Annual Monitoring and Evaluation report (IAS) that must be approved by the CEP Management Committee, for master's degrees, and the EDUIB Executive Committee, for PhD programmes. Once ratified by the UIB Quality Commission (CQUIB), the IAS are submitted to the Agency for University Quality of the Balearic Islands (AQUIB) for external assessment. After this assessment, the AQUIB produces an external monitoring report.

The reports arising from this procedure (IAS and external monitoring report by the AQUIB) are published on the degree website for accountability with regard to its implementation and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
