The quality officer, alongside the quality assurance commission for the degree programme, will monitor the existing improvement actions and propose adding new ones.

As a prior step to approval of the improvement plan by the CGQ, the quality officer will inform UGEP about the improvement plan proposal so that it may perform a technical review. Once reviewed, it will send the improvement plan back to the quality officer so s/he may implement the necessary changes in line with the proposals arising from the review, before final approval.

The improvement plan must be approved by the CGQ. The date of the plan's last update must match the approval date.
