How do we proceed when an AdM depends on a unit or person not under our supervision?
Where an improvement action does not depend on us, we can proceed in two ways:
- Establish the action as far as we can. For instance, request, negotiate, etc.
- Contact the unit or person set to do the task in order to agree on the action and plan it together. In this instance, it is essential for the other unit or person to be fully aware of the acquired commitment and the set plan.
