Every time that an improvement plan is reviewed, the planned AdM are monitored and the following aspects modified:

• Action status: not yet started, postponed, cancelled, in progress or finalised. For periodic actions, their status on the PdM publication date must be specified
• Real end date: the end date of the action must be specified
• Observations: related to the AdM. For example, the reasons why the AdM has been cancelled or postponed, whether it is linked to another AdM, etc.
